In order to download and save
the form or document without
opening it first, right click on the desired format, and in Internet
Explorer click on "Save target as..." and indicate where on your computer
you want to save the file.
When you click on a link, a new
window will open and attempt to download and/or open the document. The
version and security settings on your browser my give you the option of
opening or saving the file to your computer. If you have Adobe
Reader, Microsoft Word, or Microsoft Excel installed on your computer, the
document should display properly, depending on your version of the
program. Once the document or form is open, you can save it on your
